Holly Keen founded HireSolutions, LLC in 2006. With over 18 years of financial experience, she is highly networked and regarded in the Austin community. Her commitment to excellence, high recruiting standards and long-term relationships with her clients and candidates provided the foundation for her core values. This lead to the creation of her own company that allowed her to provide nothing but the best services for both clients and candidates.

Previous to starting HireSolutions, LLC, Holly was instrumental in opening 4 executive search firm offices (Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston) as Managing Director for TCG Solutions, LLC (an affiliate of The Controller Group). She built a recruiting team of 8 in these major markets and helped to refine internal recruiting efforts for TCG. Prior to joining TCG she was a Director for ML&R Personnel Solutions, an executive search organization in Austin.

Holly began her career in Houston with Stewart Title Guaranty, serving 4 years in their Internal Audit group where she managed a team of audit professionals and served as a lead fraud auditor on a variety of assignments.  She left Stewart to return to Austin and joined the Audit practice of Austin’s largest local CPA firm, Maxwell, Locke & Ritter, LLP.  During her 7 year tenure with the Firm, she also served as their Controller and headed up their Human Resources department.

Holly then pursued a career in recruiting for ML&R Personnel Solutions, LLC, an affiliate company to Maxwell, Locke & Ritter, where she served as the Austin Branch Manager and Director. Holly was directly accountable for the firm’s overall production and was responsible for building an executive search practice that earned a great reputation as one built on trust and client service.

Holly received her BBA in Business Administration from Southwest Texas State University and is currently a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
