Once we’ve met and both committed to our approach, our strategic search consultants will focus their resources on finding three to four qualified candidates for your consideration.  Our thorough candidate assessment and placement process includes these steps:

    1. Ensure that the candidate’s objectives are in line with yours, securing a long-term fit.
    2. Qualify potential candidates technically, verifying certifications, degrees and references on the front end.
    3. Provide you with a candidate summary; a synopsis of their background, experience and career objectives, along with a resume prepared by the candidate (we don’t rewrite resumes since it’s a reflection of the candidate).
    4. Guide you with scheduling interviews, interviewing tips and candidate evaluations as needed.
    5. Once you’ve selected your candidate, we’ll assist with the offer, salary negotiations and candidate on-boarding.

After the hire, we’re here to follow-up with both parties to ensure a smooth transition and answer any questions either of you may have.
